Establish a workflow where beneficiaries with a positive digital chest X-ray but a negative Truenat (NAAT) result are shown in the HWC (Health and Wellness Centre) referral card, so abnormalities detected on the X-ray can be further investigated at the PHI.

Requirements:

• Trigger: Digital Chest X-Ray Test Result = Positive AND NAAT test result = Negative.
• Such beneficiaries must appear in the Referral -> Health and Wellness Centre card for onward referral to PHI for further investigation of the X-ray abnormality.
• This is in addition to the existing HWC routing (abnormal vitals) and the referral routing in STOP-260.
