Referral Card routing rules:{} 

• Pregnant beneficiaries → shown directly in NAAT card. 
• Conditions for referral to NAAT - Positive result of digital chest x-ray, presumptive cases (any positive response to any verbal questions), pregnant women, history of TB and people on anti tb drugs.
• All non-pregnant beneficiaries (all genders, all ages) → shown in Digital Chest X-ray card. If abnormality detected on chest X-ray → referred further to NAAT.
• All presumptive cases for all genders, all ages (any positive response to any verbal questions)→ shown in NAAT card as well but will also be shown in digital chest x-ray list. Such cases need to be tested for NAAT even if digital chest x-ray result in negative or no abnormality is detected on radiograph.
• Beneficiaries with high BP or high Random Blood Sugar or any general examination → shown in Health and Wellness Centre card in addition to Digital Chest X-Ray/ NAAT cards as per logics.
