Data is not syncing in real time across devices.
When a Nurse updates a beneficiary status (e.g., moves beneficiary to Confirmed TB case), the updated beneficiary is not immediately visible in the Counsellor module when accessed from another device.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login as Nurse on Device 1.
- Move a beneficiary to Confirmed TB case.
- Login as Counsellor on Device 2.
- Navigate to Counsellor module / beneficiary list.
- Check for the updated beneficiary.
Expected Result:
- Beneficiary should be visible instantly (real-time) in Counsellor module across devices.
- Data should remain consistent for all logged-in users.
Actual Result:
- Beneficiary is not visible in Counsellor module on another device.
