CHO Profile - update the profile details based on the details received in login API
as follows:
This is applicable for all Users based on Role (User Role: CHO/ Medical Officer (MO/Doctor)/ Nurse/ Pharmacist/ Lab Technician/ Registrar, or any combination of these roles)

Changes Applicable:
1.  under hamburger menu, after Name, show Facility Name, Emp Id
2. user profile respective changes are applicable  

3. show Location Type (Rural / Urban)

4. show Employee Id, user id, facility Name & id, Villages covered
