• Incorrect Date of Birth: 23/08/1988

• Correct Date of Birth: 30/12/1995

The name, village, and DOB correction change request has been received from the OPS Darrang team.

While verifying the issue, I tried logging into this particular ID on my mobile device. However, the data is showing:

• Household: 2

• All Beneficiary: 8

But on the ASHA mobile device, the data is showing:

• Household: 253

• All Beneficiary: 1032

For reference, screenshots from both the ASHA mobile and my mobile login have been attached for detailed verification.

I have already connected with venkatesh.bojja@piramalswasthya.org , and confirmed that the data is correct as per the ASHA screenshot. Additionally, we have discussed this issue with nikhil.ananda@piramalswasthya.org amrit.db@piramalswasthya.org saurav.mishra for further investigation.

Kindly check and resolve the data mismatch issue.
