Enable a navigation flow for the NCD module where, upon clicking the NCD section on the Dashboard, the user is taken to the NCD module for detailed tracking and management. After reviewing or updating details within the NCD module, the user should have an option to return directly to the Dashboard Back This feature aims to improve user navigation and streamline workflow within the application.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Navigation to NCD Module

• • When the user clicks on the NCD section on the Dashboard, they should be directed to the NCD module.
  • The NCD module should open with detailed information specific to the user’s NCD tracking and records.

1. Back to Dashboard (History Back)

• • User should be returned to the previous Dashboard screen.
