HRP conformed PW indicator in dashboard

Show a new indicator title "Conformed High Risk Pregnant Woman" in the dashboard under High Risk cases for Conformed High risk pregnant women with count and list of HR-PW.

To get count and list of Conformed High risk pregnant women:

In the ANC section in ANC visits if ‘Is HRP Confirmed?’ is “Yes” and ‘Who had identified as HRP?’ is provided then consider this pregnant woman as conformed HR-PW.

Formula and logic:

Get count of PW form ANC list whose HRP is conformed and show these PW list under this indicator.

Note:

In the current Dashboard following changes are applicable:
1. Rename "High Risk Pregnant Woman" to "Suspected High Risk Pregnant Woman"
2. Rename "High Risk Non Pregnant Woman" to "Suspected High Risk Non Pregnant Woman"

3. Rename "Beneficiaries due for ANC" to "Women due for ANC"
4. Rename "Beneficiaries due for Immunization" to "Children due for Immunization"
