HRP conformed PW indicator in dashboard

Show a new indicator in the dashboard for High risk pregnant women with count and list of HR-PW.

In the ANC section in ANC visits if ‘Is HRP Confirmed?’ is “Yes” and ‘Who had identified as HRP?’ is provided then consider this pregnant woman as conformed HR-PW.

Formula and logic:

Get count of PW form ANC list whose HRP is conformed and show these PW list under this indicator.
