When a beneficiary has completed NCD screening and is suspected of having TB, they should be automatically moved to the TB suspected list. They should no longer appear for regular TB screening.
Acceptance Criteria:
- NCD Screening Completed:

- If a beneficiary completes NCD screening and is flagged as suspected TB, they should not appear for further TB screening.
- Auto-Move to TB Suspected List:

- Beneficiaries flagged as suspected TB post-NCD screening should be automatically moved to the TB suspected list.
