      Description:
      On opening the ABHA page, “Try Again” appears first. The form opens only after clicking it. Additionally, “Resend OTP” is not working.

      Actual Result:

      • ABHA form does not load initially
      • Resend OTP does not function

      Expected Result:

      • ABHA form should load directly
      • Resend OTP should work as expected
