When attempting to open ABHA from the hamburger menu, the screen incorrectly shows an offline message and prompts the user to refresh. Upon refreshing the page, instead of loading the ABHA screen, the application displays the ABHA Generation/Search option.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the application.
2. Open the hamburger menu.
3. Click on ABHA.
4. Observe the offline message and refresh prompt.
5. Refresh the page as instructed.

Expected Result:
ABHA should load successfully from the hamburger menu without showing an offline message, and refreshing the page should retain the ABHA context.

Actual Result:
ABHA shows as offline and, after refresh, the application redirects to ABHA Generation/Search instead of opening ABHA.
