Enable tracking of Completion of TB treatment with ASHA support by adding monthly follow-up visits and configuring incentive eligibility based on treatment completion date.
Requirements:
Treatment follow up for TB conformed cases
Introduce a new section for TB conformed case for Treatment follow up:
