Case screening, Identification and tracking for conformation and Treatment follow up
This includes three stages of tracking:
Stage-1: TB Screening (is based on the CBAC: Part-B section questions related to TB)
Stage-2: Suspected cases, tracking for type Identification and conformation
Stage-3: Treatment follow up visits
Requirement:
In Suspected TB section for tracking of beneficiary following changes are required (include existing filed) and allow with edit option to submit multiple times:
