      As an ASHA (Mitanin) I want to conduct structured antenatal counselling and care visits with clear checklists and danger sign alerts so that I can identify high-risk pregnancies early, ensure timely referrals, and receive incentives for completing four ANC visits.

      Description / Scope

      Antenatal Counselling & Care

      • ASHA conducts 9 home visits during pregnancy.
      • Introduce a new ANC checklist with 21 questions, aligned with the Mitanin ANC Register, to:
        • Capture counselling details
        • Identify any danger signs
