Enable editing of Head of Family information in household.

• Allow all fields to edit, including First, Last Name of HoF and Mobile No of HoF
• If First, Last Name and Mobile No of HoF is edited, then should update in the Household and dependent beneficiary records (i.e. Spouse and Children and other Family members)
• If Age or Gender is changed, reset the dependent fields like Marital Status, Spouse Name, Status of Woman, etc
• Note: ensure to pass 'timestamp' in 'updated date' attribute ** every time a record is edited to ensure data integrity and facilitate a clear audit trail."
• After edit & sync to server and update the record

Acceptance Criteria

• HoF fields are editable and updated in backend.
• First, Last Name and Mobile No of HoF are updated in HoF record then should also reflect same details in the Household and dependent beneficiary records (i.e. Spouse and Children and other Family members)
