  • Dropdown should include predefined list of danger signs (e.g., severe bleeding, high fever, seizures, etc.)

Incentive Logic:

• If "Yes" is selected (i.e., high-risk identified in post-natal period):
  • ASHA becomes eligible for ₹250 per case
