It is noticed that there are huge numbers of duplicates beneficiary records with same Name, DoB, Age, and all other details are inserted in the AMRIT db.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open FLW App on mobile or Tab device .
Login and navigate to "All House Holds" screen
Create New House Hold and Add New beneficiary
Expected Result:
User should able create one beneficiary record with same details and one request/ record should sync to AMRIT
Actual Result:
there are huge numbers of duplicates beneficiary records with same Name, DoB, Age, and all other details are inserted in the AMRIT db
