As a data analyst, I want to identify ASHAs who are creating an unusually high number of records on the same day, so that I can review and correct potentially inaccurate data and ensure the reliability of our reporting.
Acceptance Criteria:
- The system identifies ASHAs who have created more than a threshold number of records (e.g. 100, 200, 1000, etc. ) on a single day.
- A lists these high-activity records with metadata (e.g. ASHA ID, record count, date, location).
- Filters are available by date range, ASHA ID, and location for detailed analysis.
- Data correction workflows are established for flagged records.
- All actions (identified, reviewed, corrected) are logged with user ID and timestamp.
