1. Check the Maternal Health → Infant Registration section — infant not listed.

1. Check the Immunization module — infant not listed.

Expected Result:
After PNC, the child should automatically transition to both the Infant Registration section under the Maternal Health module and the Immunization module for further tracking.

Actual Result:
Child is not visible in either module, though the count is increasing.
