Infant Registration count shows 2 but no records displayed

      In the Infant Registration module, the count next to the records list is showing 2, but when the module is clicked, the message "No Records Found" is displayed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Infant Registration module.
      1. Observe that the count displayed is 2.
      1. Click on the module to view the records.

      Expected Result:
      The module should either show the 2 records or the count should be 0 if no records are available.

      Actual Result:
      Count shows 2, but no records are displayed.
