In the FLW module, the Outcome of Delivery is expected to be equal to the sum of Live Birth and Still Birth. However, even when this condition is met, the system is still displaying an error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Delivery Outcome module of FLW.

1. Enter values such that:
   Outcome of Delivery = Live Birth + Still Birth

1. Attempt to save/submit the form.

1. Observe that an error is displayed despite valid input.

Expected Result:
No error should be shown if the sum of Live Birth and Still Birth matches the Outcome of Delivery.

Actual Result:
Error persists even when the values are correctly entered.
