In the following sections make below fields mandatory based on the condition:
1. In ANC visit
In all ANC visits change BP and HB fields to mandatory

2. In Follow-up for High Risk - Non-Pregnant Woman

1. If 'Hypertension' is "Yes" or "No" : change fields 'Blood Pressure (BP)' - "Systolic" and "Diastolic" to mandatory
2. If Diabetes is "Yes" or "No" : under 'Blood Glucose (Sugar) Test': change fields RBS or FBS and PPBS to mandatory (sugar values are mandatory)
3. If Severe Anemia is "Yes" or "No" : change field 'Hemoglobin (Hb)' Test to mandatory (Hb value is mandatory)
4. If 'Whether IFA supplement is provided?' is "Yes" then change field "Issued quantity of IFA supplement" to mandatory

3. In Follow-up for High Risk - Pregnant Woman

1. If Severe Anemia is "Yes" or "No" : change field 'Hemoglobin (Hb)' Test to mandatory (Hb value is mandatory)
2. If 'Whether IFA supplement is provided?' is "Yes" then change field "Issued quantity of IFA supplement" to mandatory
3. If 'Pregnancy induced Hypertension' is "Yes" or "No" : change fields 'Blood Pressure (BP)' - "Systolic" and "Diastolic" to mandatory
4. If Gestational Diabetes Mellitus is "Yes" or "No" : under 'Blood Glucose (Sugar) Test': change fields RBS or FBS and PPBS or OGTT to mandatory (sugar values are mandatory)
