      Under the "Create ABHA for" field, update the Name field to be:

      • Centered aligned
      • Displayed in italic text format* for better readability.
      • show Green colour tick mark icon after Aadhaar Number is valid
      • show Green colour tick mark icon after Mobile Number is valid

      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. The Name field should be center-aligned under the "Create ABHA for" label.
      1. The text inside the Name field should be displayed in italics
