Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Incentive section.
2. Select a date from the date picker.
3. Click on the Fetch button.
4. Observe that previous incentives are not being retrieved.

Expected Behavior:
Upon selecting a date and clicking Fetch, the system should display the corresponding previous incentives.

Actual Behavior:
The system does not retrieve or display any previous incentives.
