      This is Master table "db_iemr_incentive_activity" related to FLW
      This table contains ASHA activities master data with reference codes
      Need to restore always this data in this table.

      *Note: Applicable to all db environments including Prod, UAT, pre-prod, dev
      and also include about this master table in the db documentation, update migration queries/ scripts for future reference*
