Update TPT Module to Include Household Contacts of DS-TB and DR-TB cases and Route Referrals to HWC Referrals

      Background

Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment (TPT) is intended to prevent the development of active TB among eligible household contacts of confirmed TB cases.

The TPT workflow should allow the ASHA/FLW to identify eligible household contacts, view their screening status, and refer family members to the appropriate facility.

      Acceptance Criteria

      AC1 — DS-TB Eligibility

Given a household has a confirmed DS-TB case
      When the case is confirmed
Then eligible household members should be added to the TPT Eligible List.

      AC2 — Household-wise Listing

      Given eligible households exist
      When the ASHA opens TPT
Then the TPT Eligible List should display households and not individual beneficiary cards.

      AC3 — View Family Members

Given a household is displayed in the TPT Eligible List
When the ASHA clicks View Family Members
Then all eligible family members of that household should be displayed.

      AC4 — Screening Status

Given the Family Members list is displayed
Then each member should show either Screened with a green check mark or Unscreened with a red cross mark.

      AC5 — Refer Unscreened Member

Given a family member is marked Unscreened
When the ASHA clicks on the member
Then the Refer to HWC form should be displayed.

      AC6 — Referral Validation

Given the Refer to HWC form is open
When the ASHA submits the form
Then Date and Referral Facility must be completed and the Date must not be future dated.

      AC7 — Referral Submission

Given all mandatory referral details are valid
      When the ASHA clicks Refer
Then the referral should be successfully saved.

      AC8 — HWC Referrals

Given a referral is successfully submitted
Then the beneficiary should be moved to the HWC Referrals section on the Home Screen.

      AC9 — Referral Data Preservation

      The submitted referral should retain:
