During testing of the incentive module in Application Version 2.10.12, the following observed:

1. Preventive TB Incentive (Incentive No. 52) is not being calculated even after completing all the required eligibility criteria.
2. The field team can update the TB Treatment Start Date with a backdated date, but the application does not allow backdated follow-up visits to be entered.
