Build the Mitanin Trainer's activity-level review screen (BRD sections 8, 10.4-10.5). She reviews only four named activities per claim (cluster meeting attendance, VHSNC meeting attendance, two register-filling activities), never the whole month.

Screen

• Opens on a Mitanin from the drill-down (FLW-1122). Shows her full monthly claim for context in the same read-only accordion layout as the Supervisor/ANM monthly detail screen (FLW-1013). Only the four named activities, when claimed, carry an action: Approve or Reject. Every other row is read-only.

Approve / Reject

• Final once submitted; the Trainer cannot change her own decision afterward.
• Reject opens a short reason field and returns only that activity to the Mitanin for correction, without touching her other claimed activities or requiring a full resubmission.
• Reopens only if the Mitanin corrects and resubmits (back to Pending for the Trainer), or the ANM later rejects the whole month (see linked Story: ANM monthly claim screen with Mitanin Trainer gating), which sends all four back to the Trainer for a fresh review.

Timing

• 24 hour review window starts the moment a Mitanin submits or resubmits a claim containing one or more of the four activities. Mitanin has 24 hours to correct and resubmit a Trainer-rejected activity.

Status transitions: Pending to Approved (final unless reopened by an ANM rejection), or Pending to Rejected to Pending again once the Mitanin resubmits.

Affected screens/modules: FLW Android app (Mitanin Trainer activity review screen); Activity workflow service (new per-activity approve/reject endpoints, scoped to the four configured activity codes); Audit log (Activity ID populated for these actions, per BRD section 15).
