1) For your kind information that 104 outbound call records are not showing in Amrit application on specific dates are-15th,16th,19th, 20th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th June’24.
In Czentrix record is there but in Amrit record is not there, PFA screenshot for your reference.

2) I am unable to find the outbound call audit for June 4th, 2024, for HAO Anjali Kumari (2093).

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application on Chrome
Navigate to the login page.
Enter valid username and password.
Tap on the "Login" button.

Expected Result:
click on search button records should be visible.

Actual Result:
Clicking on search button record should be visible without any error
