ECD -In Quality Auditor screen MO and Associate role wise question configuration is not done in Supervisor screen.

      In the Quality screen there is a role wise report which is required in the Call audit sheet and that role can be of Associate , ANM or MO screen and there is a requirement of role wise call audit report and below are the part of requirement

      1. Post Audit of the call and after submission a report should be come in the form of excel which include the points such as

      a) Call Date and time
      b) Audit date
      c)Cycle
      d)Location
      e)Agent ID
      f) Employee ID
      2. Quality auditor should be able to download the reports on the regular basis
      3. The reports can be edited in the excel and real time report should be available and below is the screenshot for the reference

      They need report which also shows
      1. Agent wise total primary defects
      2. Agent wise total secondary defects
      3. Highllighting the agents of the quality score
