As a Business Analyst,
I want to ensure that questionnaire configurations are available for Associate and Medical Officer roles in the Quality Auditor screen,
So that Quality Auditors can effectively assess and maintain quality standards across all relevant roles.
Acceptance Criteria:
1.User Interface Update:
- The Quality Auditor screen should include options to create, edit, and delete questionnaires specifically for Associate and Medical Officer roles.
- The UI should clearly indicate which roles the questionnaires are associated with.
2.Functionality:
- Users should be able to select either Associate or Medical Officer when creating a new questionnaire.
- The system must allow for the addition of various question types, response options, and scoring methods tailored to each role.
- Existing questionnaires for the ANM role should remain unaffected and manageable separately.
3.Permissions:
- Only users with Quality Auditor permissions should have access to configure questionnaires for all roles.
- The system must restrict unauthorized users from making any changes to questionnaire configurations.
4.Validation:
- All questionnaires should undergo a validation process to ensure completeness and proper structure before publication.
- Error messages should be displayed if users attempt to save questionnaires without filling all required fields.
5.Reporting:
- The system should facilitate the generation of reports based on responses from Associate and Medical Officer questionnaires.
- Reports should be exportable in common formats such as CSV and PDF.
6.Testing:
- The feature must be tested using sample questionnaires for both Associate and Medical Officer roles to confirm functionality and user experience.
