Acceptance Criteria:

Language Toggle:

• A visible language selector is available (e.g., in the header or settings).
• Assamese (অসমীয়া) is listed as an option.
• Upon selection, all text elements update to Assamese without needing a page refresh (if possible).

Complete UI Translation:

• All static and dynamic content are translated into Assamese.
• Translations are linguistically and culturally appropriate.
