In Admin - Bulk User Registration value in Username and Designation column is ignored and Employ id is missing in template:

1. Username is not considered from excel, by default Mobile No is considered as Username (ignoring value in Username column of template)

2. Designation is always considered as ASHA (ignoring value in Designation column of template)

3. Employ Id is missing in excel template, as it is a mandatory field

4. After excel is uploaded and submitted, in the User list screen is not updating (screen is not refreshed, newly created user are not shown)

5. After excel is uploaded, need a Submit button.

Expected Behavior: 

After excel is uploaded and submitted, user profile should be created as per details in the excel sheet.
