As discussed with you, beneficiaries in the APL Vizag MMU 1 project are unable to transition from nurse to doctor. We also informed you that the user had incorrectly set the system time to April, during which 116 entries were made in the application for that month. Even after correcting the system time, beneficiary records are still unable to transition from nurse to doctor from the earlier date. You are requested to look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible. Please see the attached file for more details.
