Changes in the Create Facility and work location mapping screens

      Following are the list of suggested changes in the Facility Type, Create Facility and work location mapping screens:

      1. Move to “Activities” >> above “Job Location …”: “Facility Hierarchy” >> “Facility Type Master” and “Facility Master” for Create Facility
      2. Re-arrange the Order of “Facility Level”, show below
      3. In User facility/ work location mapping: when service line “FLW” is selected, give option to select Single Role (ASHA / ASHA Supervisor/ ANM)
      4. In User facility/ work location mapping: Don’t restrict Facilities and villages, which are already allocated to any User. Show all Facilities and villages
      5. When ASHA Supervisor Role is selected– show all ASHAs mapped to selected Facility, but not Villages (No need to select villages), automatically villages should be mapped
      6. Facility id is our system generated id, we should also have one column for Govt Facility code (for manually entry in Facility creation as optional field)
      7. In User facility/ work location mapping: When HWC is selected, for Role CHO, MO, etc, show Facility to select and Villages show as read only (indicate unmapped Village in Red)
      8. Show only States that are linked to service lines (like HWC, FLW, TM, etc from Super Admin)
      9. Need to check in HWC App for impact with changes in login API, both in HWC Web & HWC App,before facility_id is used to get form Store mapping under Inventory, as follows:
        Facility Type Master >> Main Store & Sub Store >> Van/Parking Place to Store Mapping form here “facility_id” is created.
      10. Facility Name should be unique at under Block/Taluk level for particular Facility Level (i.e. SC Name should be unique)
      11. Option to select “Facility Main Village” & “Sub villages”, and validate with Already mapped Villages
      12. Already mapped Villages under any facility should not show in the drop down list for creating New Facility.
      13. In create facility error message is missing for duplicate facility
      14. In ASHA Supervisor facility mapping – if ASHA are not mapped to selected facility, then don’t allow to submit
      15. In Create Facility: Need Select all & search in village drop down
      16. In Facility User mapping: “Select all” is not working villages drop down

      Order of “Facility Level”:

      1. Medical College (L1)
      2. District Hospital (L2)
      3. Sub‑District Hospital / Community Health Centre (L3)
      4. Primary Health Centre (L4)
      5. Subcentre/ Ward Clinic (L5)
