When a 104 HAO user attempts to transfer a call to 104 CO, the system shows a success message but routes the call to CO_1097.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login as 104 HAO user.
- Receive an inbound call.
- Click on Transfer Call.
- Select 104 CO.
- Observe the success message and call routing.
Expected Result
The call should be transferred to the 104 CO campaign.
Actual Result
The system displays:
“Call transferred to CO_1097”
