Unable to transfer call from 104 HAO to 104 CO – Call is routing to CO_1097

      When a 104 HAO user attempts to transfer a call to 104 CO, the system shows a success message but routes the call to CO_1097.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login as 104 HAO user.
      1. Receive an inbound call.
      1. Click on Transfer Call.
      1. Select 104 CO.
      1. Observe the success message and call routing.

      Expected Result

      The call should be transferred to the 104 CO campaign.

      Actual Result

      The system displays:
      “Call transferred to CO_1097”
