This issue was previously reported and closed as the report generation was handled externally by the BIDA team and application integration was pending. Currently, the issue is observed again in UAT while using the application functionality, indicating a regression or incomplete implementation. Please refer to earlier ticket: AMM-2011

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as a Quality Supervisor (credential - koushora).
2. Navigate to the Reports section.
3. Select and export the required report.
4. Open the downloaded Excel file.

Actual Result:
Excel file contains only the word “undefined” in cell A1.
No data is exported.

Expected Result:
Excel file should contain complete report data in a structured format.
No “undefined” values should appear.
