After generating a prescription from the MO module, the SMS notification is not being delivered to the beneficiary’s registered mobile number.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application as MO.
- Open a beneficiary record.
- Create and submit a prescription.
- Ensure a valid mobile number is available.
- Check the beneficiary’s mobile phone for SMS.
Expected Result
An SMS containing the prescription details should be sent to the beneficiary’s registered mobile number.
Actual Result
No SMS is received on the mobile number after prescription is generated.
