Delay in returning to call landing page after clicking Cancel when “Have you called earlier” is set to Yes

      When the field “Have you called earlier” is set to Yes and the user clicks on the Cancel button, the system takes a long time to navigate back to the original call landing page. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in to the 104 application as HAO.
      1. Receive an incoming call.
      1. On the call handling screen, select “Have you called earlier” = Yes.
      1. Click on the Cancel button.

      Expected Result

      The system should immediately navigate back to the call landing page once the Cancel button is clicked.

      Actual Result

      There is a noticeable delay before the system navigates back to the call landing page.
