When the field “Have you called earlier” is set to Yes and the user clicks on the Cancel button, the system takes a long time to navigate back to the original call landing page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the 104 application as HAO.
- Receive an incoming call.
- On the call handling screen, select “Have you called earlier” = Yes.
- Click on the Cancel button.
Expected Result
The system should immediately navigate back to the call landing page once the Cancel button is clicked.
Actual Result
There is a noticeable delay before the system navigates back to the call landing page.
