In New Household, HoF and Beneficiary Registration found this issue:
Some time it is observed that while Registering New Beneficiary and Household using below API :"tm-api/registrar/registrarBeneficaryRegistrationNew"
1.Household Id Creation failed in Backend but beneficiary is getting assigned beneficiary Id for the same Household In that case Due to this Household goes into Processed state Attached API Req In Response it is coming "householdDetails":

"tm-api/registrar/registrarBeneficaryRegistrationNew" should give error in response but in mobile side success is coming
Steps to Reproduce this Issue:
1. Keep Internet ON in device
Open FLW App on mobile or Tab device .
Login and navigate to "All House Holds" screen
Do one New Household registration
2. Keep Internet Off in device
Now do HoF registration
and do family members registration
3. Keep Internet ON in device
Expected Result:
User should able create New Household with HoF and family members records should sync to AMRIT and should get beneficiary Id
Actual Result:
Result found is there is a sync issue beneficiary Ids not generated and Household not created but HoF record created.
