Attachments in Training Resource List(Activities–> Communication) are not opening — system shows connection error, and file upload to KM server is failing. New Training Resource submission is also not working.

Description:

Two issues are observed in the Training Resource module:

1️⃣ Attachments Not Opening

• Clicking on any attachment in the Training Resource List results in a browser error:
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT / cannot reach server

• File does not open or download.

2️⃣ File Upload & New Resource Submission Failing

• When creating a new training resource and clicking Submit, system shows error:
  “File upload to KM server failed. Please try after some time”

• New resource is not created.
