However, several other mandatory fields—such as Form, Medicine, Dosage, Unit, and any additional required fields in the Prescription table—are left blank but are not included in the validation message.

This results in incomplete and misleading validation, causing the user to assume only Provisional Diagnosis is missing while multiple mandatory fields remain unfilled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.
2. Navigate to the Doctor section.
3. Proceed to the Prescription section.
4. Leave mandatory fields such as Form, Medicine, Dosage, Unit empty.
5. Also leave Provisional Diagnosis blank (or filled, as behavior is the same for the missing fields).
6. Click Submit.
7. Observe the validation popup.

Expected Result:
Popup should display all mandatory fields that are missing across the Prescription section (and relevant sections), ensuring comprehensive and accurate guidance for completion.

Actual Result:
Popup displays “Provisional Diagnosis” as required, while other mandatory fields (Form, Medicine, Dosage, Unit, etc.) are not included, leading to incomplete validation and user confusion.
