During form submission under the Doctor → Prescription section, the validation pop-up displays “Prescription” as a required field.

This is breaking our application flow because in some of the cases doctor doesn't prescribe the medicine and submit the flow.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the application.
2. Navigate to the Doctor section.
3. Proceed to the Prescription section.
4. Leave mandatory fields such as Form, Medicine, Dosage, and Unit empty.
5. Click Submit.
6. Observe the validation pop-up.

Expected Result:
The prescription section should not be mandatory

Actual Result:
It's showing mandatory and needs to be prescribed at least one medicine.
