      Incentive Logic:
      The JSY incentive for Urban ASHAs for facilitating Institutional Delivery only for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deliveries of the beneficiary and is eligible only after the delivery, provided the place of delivery is institutional.

      Applicability

      • The JSY Incentive for facilitating Institutional Delivery is applicable only for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deliveries of the beneficiary.
      • This incentive applies only to Urban ASHAs.
        Eligibility Conditions
      1. Identify the delivery order – Determine whether the current delivery is the woman’s 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th.
      2. If the Total number of live children = "0" to "3" and the current delivery is the 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th child, proceed to the next step. (For each subsequent delivery, the Total number of live children must increase accordingly)
      3. The place of delivery must be an Institutional Delivery
      4. When all conditions are satisfied, the ASHA becomes eligible for the JSY Institutional Delivery incentive, which must be claimed only after the delivery, in the month of the date of delivery.
        Note:
        For each subsequent delivery, the Total number of live children must increase accordingly:
        For the 2nd delivery, total live children should be 1;
        For the 3rd delivery, total live children should be 2, and so on.
