Incentive Logic:
The JSY incentive for the Antenatal Component for Urban ASHAs, applicable for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deliveries of a beneficiary, is claimable only after the delivery, provided 4 ANC visits are completed.
Applicability:

• This JSY Incentive for the Antenatal Component applies only for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deliveries of a beneficiary.
• This incentive is applicable only for Urban ASHAs.
• Both Antenatal Component and Institutional Delivery incentives under JSY are payable only after the delivery.

Eligibility Conditions:

1. Identify the delivery order – Determine whether the current pregnancy is the woman’s 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th delivery.
2. If Total number of live children = "0" to "3" and the if current delivery is the 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th child, then proceed to the next validation. (For each subsequent delivery, the Total number of live children must increase accordingly)
3. In the ANC section, confirm that any 4 ANC visits have been completed for the pregnant woman.
4. Place of delivery may be any location (no restriction on Place of delivery).
5. If all conditions are met, the ASHA becomes eligible for the JSY Antenatal Component incentive, and it should be claimed only in the month of the date of delivery.

Note:

For each subsequent delivery, the Total number of live children must increase accordingly:
For the 2nd delivery, total live children should be 1;
For the 3rd delivery, total live children should be 2, and so on.
