FLW: Error in sync data to AMRIT in few specific cases

      This API is failing to sync data "identity-0.0.1/rmnch/syncDataToAmrit" and
      showing error related to "Error in RMNCH mobile data sync : java.lang.Exception: java.lang.NumberFormatException".

      There is a sync issue found in the filed, beneficiary records are not syncing from particular ASHA's login, this issue is happening with several users in few specific cases.
      Refer to the attached error log file.
      Steps to Reproduce:
      Open FLW App on mobile or Tab device .
      Login and navigate to "Home" screen
      Register a House Hold and add Family members
      Expected Result:
      House Hold Registration and Family members Registration should finish
      and records should sync to AMRIT in response beneficiary Id should be assigned
      Actual Result:
      beneficiary records are not syncing and getting error in the API response
