Slow Download and Missing Success Pop-up for Call Type Reports in CRM Report Section

      In the CRM Report section, under Call Type Reports, users are experiencing two main issues:

      1. The report download takes an unusually long time to complete.
      1. There is no confirmation message or pop-up indicating that the report has been successfully downloaded.

      Expected Behavior:

      • Reports should download within an acceptable timeframe (a few seconds to under a minute depending on size).
      • Upon successful download, a message or pop-up should be displayed:
        “Report downloaded successfully.”

      Actual Behavior:

      • Users report excessive wait times for downloads.
      • No feedback or confirmation is provided after the download completes.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the CRM Report section under report.
      1. Then open Call Type Reports.
      1. Attempt to download a report.
      1. Observe the slow download and the absence of a confirmation message.
