In the CRM Report section, under Call Type Reports, users are experiencing two main issues:
- The report download takes an unusually long time to complete.
- There is no confirmation message or pop-up indicating that the report has been successfully downloaded.
Expected Behavior:
- Reports should download within an acceptable timeframe (a few seconds to under a minute depending on size).
- Upon successful download, a message or pop-up should be displayed:
“Report downloaded successfully.”
Actual Behavior:
- Users report excessive wait times for downloads.
- No feedback or confirmation is provided after the download completes.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to the CRM Report section under report.
- Then open Call Type Reports.
- Attempt to download a report.
- Observe the slow download and the absence of a confirmation message.
